Welcome to Fluenta Call. By accessing or using our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fluenta Call ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

Fluenta Call provides real-time voice and video translation services, enabling users to communicate across language barriers. Our Service includes:

• Voice calls with real-time translation in 30+ languages
• Video calls with live audio translation
• Text messaging with automatic translation
• Phone number provisioning for app-to-PSTN calling
• Integration with third-party communication platforms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use Fluenta Call, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You may register using:

• Email and password
• Google Sign-In
• Apple Sign-In

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others
• Log out from shared devices

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or commercial content
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Phone Number Services

When you create an account, we may provision a phone number for your use. You acknowledge that:

• The phone number is owned by Fluenta Call and licensed to you
• We may reclaim the number if your account is terminated
• Number portability may not be available
• Emergency services (911) may have limitations
• You are responsible for compliance with telecommunications regulations

7. Translation Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate translations, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Translation quality depends on various factors including:

• Audio quality and background noise
• Accents and speaking speed
• Technical terminology and slang
• Network connectivity

You should not rely on translations for critical, legal, medical, or emergency communications. We are not liable for any damages resulting from translation errors or inaccuracies.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Fluenta Call and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Create derivative works based on our Service

You retain ownership of any content you transmit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLUENTA CALL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fluenta Call and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms

• Your content transmitted through the Service

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fluenta Call.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment
